Two kinds of information
- Private balcony notes (venting, raw frustration, confidential scratchpad) are stored only in your own browser. They are never saved to our servers and are never visible to colleagues, managers or HR. They are only sent to the AI if you explicitly tick “use for this pass”, and are not retained after that request.
- Working sessions and deliverables (case notes, analysis, briefs) are stored in your account so you can return to them. Only you can see them. Nothing is shared unless you copy or export it yourself.
30-day retention
Every case and deliverable shows how many days it has left. Each edit renews the 30-day window. Anything untouched for 30 days is deleted. Export what you want to keep.
AI processing
Your content is processed by an AI model to produce analysis. It is not used to train public models.
Your rights
You can delete individual sessions, all your data, or your whole account at any time from Privacy & account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
